(i) Information exchange is primarily through attendance/participation at meetings with a minimum three meetings per year with each meeting hosted by a member airport. Meetings are supplemented with the addition of one or two technical focus workshops/training courses planned per year.
(ii) Airport Membership/meeting participation is intended primarily for those directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the airport (i.e. airport manager/superintendent), or others as agreed to by CAGO. Membership fee for 2009 is $425.
(iii) Associate Membership status is provided for government agencies/organizations, and for others providing substantial support for CAGO. Associate members include: Transport Canada Ontario Region (Keith Reilly); NavCanada, London (Mike Woods); Ministry of Transportation Ontario (Paul Steckham); Georgian College, Aviation Management Program (Sara Christensen); and, Nacora Insurance Brokers Ltd. (Sandy Odebunmi). The associate membership fee is $350 with payment on a voluntary basis.
(iv) Annual Business Membership is available on application – the business membership fee for 2009 is $350. Business members include: KSD Cage Inc (Kerry Minski); Edward Fuels (David Edward/Mike Walsh); Peto MacCallum Consulting Engineers (John Dietrich); PetroValue Products (Mike Osypchuck); Beacon Environmental (Ron Huizer/Kristi Quinn); Eagle Airfield (Edna Barnum); and, Wilson Aircraft (Ken Wilson).
(v) Resource time (members, resource persons, others) is largely on a volunteer basis. Business services/cooperative initiatives are intended on a cost recovery basis, as required. Meeting locations are rotated/hosted by member airports on a volunteer basis.
