Services/Activities:
Business services/initiatives of interest to CAGO and proposed for implementation as resources permit include:
1. Develop / maintain a member airport site information/database: airport infrastructure/condition; airport activity, operating costs/revenues; maintenance, operating, management practices.
2. Compile periodic reports about member airport activity, costs, and revenues.
3. Prepare timely information bulletins of airport activity/information.
4. Develop and facilitate information exchange meetings/awareness sessions on a regular basis.
5. Promote knowledge/training/awareness by way of workshops and training courses.
6. Identify/coordinate the group purchase of goods and services for interested members.
7. Coordinate technical research activities and identify funding opportunities.
8. Develop and maintain suitable library resource materials and industry publications.
9. Maintain a liaison with federal and provincial government aviation officials.
10. Promote a continued interaction with former/retired community airport colleagues.
